Connect the USB programmer to J-DEBUG (GND, TX, RX, 3.3V—do NOT use 5V). Short the "BOOT" jumper pads while powering on the unit. Hold for 3 seconds. The LED should flash amber, indicating Bootloader Mode. xtr ultimate patch

Open xtr_ultimate_flasher.exe as Administrator. Select COM port. Load XTR_Ultimate_v4.3.bin . Check "Force Full Erase." Click Start. The process takes 90 seconds. Do not disconnect power. | Risk | Likelihood | Mitigation | |
