The creator, a woman named Vicky (username @SaltyVic), was live-streaming a “weird snack” session. In the video, she poured a glass of whole milk, added two generous pinches of sea salt, stirred it with a chopstick (not a spoon, notably), and drank it while whispering, “For the electrolytes.”
