As we move forward, the challenge is not to consume less, but to consume better . To turn off the algorithmic feed occasionally and choose deliberately. Because in the end, the most radical act in a world of passive scrolling is active engagement.
For most of media history, celebrities were distant, god-like figures. Today, a streamer might know your username by heart. A podcaster might read your email on air. This is —a psychological illusion of intimacy that has been weaponized by modern platforms.
This fragmentation has a paradoxical effect: while the total audience is larger than ever, the shared center is vanishing. We no longer have a "national conversation" about a single show; instead, we have millions of parallel conversations about niche sub-genres—from ASMR roleplays to "lore-heavy" anime to true crime deep dives. Perhaps the most significant shift in popular media is the rise of meta-entertainment : content about content.
Streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Max) have shattered the broadcast schedule. Social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) have shattered attention spans. Today, entertainment content is defined by . Your "For You" page looks nothing like your neighbor's.
We now live in the "binge economy." A season of television is consumed in one weekend and forgotten by Tuesday. Music is streamed, not collected. Video games are "live services" (Fortnite, Roblox) that evolve daily.

Hi Yasser,
That would be nice but unfortunately, this doesn’t work. The SCP server on Cisco IOS doesn’t support this. Only option is to use SCP from the CLI.

Hi Rene !
When we upgrade IOS of router what about configuration ? Is it still the same ?
I know my question not sound technically cuz I’m new to Networking, but please kindly reply my question.
Sovandara
Hi Sovandara,
You don’t have to worry about your configuration. The startup-configuration is saved in the NVRAM, the IOS image is on the flash memory.
Here is a lesson that explains it in detail:

Rene,
Any documentation how to upgrade Cisco IOS on dual superversior (Hitless)? ASR903?
