The game was crude, built on a retro, PS1-style horror engine. Players controlled a street vendor trying to navigate the labyrinthine alleys of El-Matareya (a densely populated district of Cairo) at 3:00 AM. The objective was simple: find your cart and go home. The antagonist? A tall, unnaturally thin figure in a mud-stained galabeya , with a face that was reported differently by every player.
